Michael Davis asked you to download this to let him view/control your screen for a support session.

Download Support Tool (.zip)

1. Extract the zip file
2. Run start-support.bat
3. RustDesk will open showing a 9-digit ID and password — read both to Michael on the phone/call

No installation required. Nothing is left behind after you close it.

If the app shows a screen asking for a server address instead of an ID automatically, manually enter Host: remote.daviskingdom.com
